* HOW TO ORDER *
If you can't visit our SHOPFRONT at 38 Townshend St in Phillip (CANBERRA) between 10AM and 6PM, MON-SAT, then:

All purchases from us count towards qualifying for discounts.

Customers don't need to collect sets of multicoloured cards, tally up 'merit points', save bottle tops or otherwise do anything. Our accounting system will keep track of your purchases (you might want to make sure we record your name for cash purchases made at the shop or at shows). At the end of each month, we will tally up your purchases over the preceding six calendar months, and determine your discount level for the next calendar month.

For example, if a customer's purchases over April, May and June totalled $576, he would qualify for the 'Silver' discount of 5% on all eligible purchases made in August. At the end of July, his discount level for September would be calculated, now based on his purchases in May, June and July (including any purchases that have already attracted the Silver discount).

The Fine Print

A few types of purchase won't be discounted (though the first three items on the list below do still count towards the thresholds):

* Postage and Postal Insurance
* Items indicated as clearance items or specially reduced
* Painting Commissions
* items in our shop that actually belong to Minnamoora Antiques (collectable china and 2nd hand books)!

If a customer qualifies for both discount levels, or the same one twice (i.e. on 3 month and 6 month totals), then the applicable discount is the higher of those qualified for. They are not added together or otherwise cumulative.

If you think we've missed something or applied the wrong discount, please don't hesitate to contact us. Remember to make sure we record your name for cash purchases made at shows, which otherwise might not be credited to you.

World-wide Postage

Your order will be posted to ANYWHERE in the world the regular postal service can reach for a flat rate of $10.00.

Orders are sent by normal Australia Post letter or parcel service, generally within 1 working day if the item is in stock.

Express Post is also available within Australia, at a flat rate of $20.00. Registered Post and Insurance are optional, and will be charged at actual cost should you want them.

Sometimes we won't be able to fill your entire order immediately and some items will need to be back-ordered. In such a case we will contact you to ask whether you would like all the goods sent together when they are all available, or split into two orders with the in-stock items sent immediately and the out-of-stock items sent later when available.

Priority air mail, insurance or receipted delivery are available if you want them (they cost extra, though).

Prices

Please note that we reserve the right to vary our prices at any time (though of course we won't do that without a good reason).

We won't waste our breath claiming to be the biggest, cheapest, flashiest or whatever mail-order outfit, but we will seek to keep our miniatures and accessories affordable for our customers, and ensure that the items we stock have been selected because we think they are good, rather than because it makes our catalog look bigger.

Currencies

All prices on this web site are in Australian dollars (AUD). To get an estimate in your own currency, please use the XE.com Personal Currency Assistant. Of course exchange rates do fluctuate, and the actual exchange rate used by your bank may vary from that shown.

GST

All prices on this web site apply to both domestic and export sales. If the order is shipped to an Australian address, the listed prices include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). If shipped overseas, the listed price does not include a GST component.
